Register and Licence a Fishing Vessel

Description:	All new commercial fishing vessels are required to be Registered & Licensed at the same time.. The vessel must be inspected by the extension officer to ensure it is seaworthy and meet the specifications of a commercial fishing vessel. Certificates of registration are used for entry purposes into other countries.

Fee:	Dependent on the length of the fishing vessel (see Notes).

Process:	Complete the Vessel Registration form Submit the completed form together with the Proof of Ownership (Bill of Sale, receipt); and the requisite registration fee. A Certificate of Registration is issued. Note that additional Certificates of Registration can be issued at an additional cost of EC$10.00 per certificate.
