The Ministry of Youth Development and Sports (MYDS) congratulates all nominees selected for outstanding recognition at the National Sports Awards, slated for Feb. 18, at the Royalton Resort and Spa.

On the evening of Thursday, February 2, officials of the MYDS hosted an orientation exercise for the nominees and their representatives to discuss the event’s logistics, including designated parking, protocol, dress code, and restrictions for nominees who are minors amongst other matters.

The MYDS thanks all registered federations and associations for the timely submission of their nominees   for consideration by an independent panel of judges. 

We take this opportunity to wish Saint Lucia’s nominated athletes all the best ahead of the 41st National Sports Awards as we celebrate our country’s 44th anniversary of Independence.
